These terms apply to your use of mkgservices.co.uk and, together with any written proposal we issue, to the services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Quotations and payment
- All quotations are fixed-price and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Projects typically require a 50% deposit to commence, with the balance due at completion prior to launch or handover.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
- Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
3. Project delivery
- Timelines are agreed in writing before work begins and depend on timely receipt of content, feedback and approvals from you.
- Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the proposal; further revisions are quoted separately.
- If a project is paused at your request for more than 30 days, we may invoice for work completed to date.
4. Ownership and intellectual property
- Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the commissioned website, designs and source files transfers to you.
- We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, platform subscriptions) remain subject to their own licences.
5. Client responsibilities
You confirm that content you supply does not infringe any third party's rights and complies with applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining your own account credentials for platforms such as domain registrars, Shopify or YouTube unless a management plan states otherwise.
6. Warranties and liability
- We fix defects in our work reported within 30 days of launch free of charge.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or issues caused by third-party services, platform changes or unauthorised modifications.
- Our total liability in respect of any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Website content

8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. You will be invoiced for work completed to the date of termination; deposits cover work already undertaken and are non-refundable once that work has begun.
