How long does a project take?
Brochure sites: 2–4 weeks. Business websites: 3–6 weeks. E-commerce stores: 4–8 weeks. Branding projects: 2–3 weeks. We agree the timeline up front and keep you updated weekly.
Will my website be optimised for search engines?
Yes — every build includes on-page SEO as standard: semantic HTML, optimised headings and meta tags, structured data, image alt text, fast load times and an XML sitemap.
Will my website work on mobiles and tablets?
Absolutely. Every site is designed mobile-first and tested across phones, tablets and desktops before launch.
Can I update the website myself?

Who owns the website and design files?
You do. On final payment, full ownership of your website, design source files and content transfers to you — no ransom clauses.
What happens after launch?

Do you offer refunds or guarantees?
We work in staged milestones with your approval at each step, so you're never paying for work you haven't seen. If we miss an agreed deadline through our own fault, we'll tell you early and make it right.
